Can anyone confirm 57340 as belonging to Westerville? Sure sounded like they were plowing streets, but I never picked up an RID.
I was getting a few hits on it the last couple days, and never picked up a radio ID. In my experience, that usually means it's a patch to a non-digital channel. I will listen through my hits to try to figure it out.

I think you might be right. Pretty sure it's Westerville: today they are working on a power outage and were trying to figure out if Otterbein was involved. I have my radio parked on the channel, but it never shows an RID.

Guernsey County Ohio Sheriff TG 20501 sounds like it's in De mode.
I'm getting all ENC hits on it today on my travels on I70. If anyone more local is able to confirm that they are in fact fully encrypted.

Is Westerville service on a conventional frequency or another system? I don’t see them in the DB.

Suggest using the full RID, as it helps researchers when scraping the wiki.

Experimented with that, but it was causing the table to expand way too much. However, I tried to leave dispatch RIDs intact so that they'll pop up on a search. Might have figured out a way. Going to try it out.

EDIT: @rcid1971, how does it look now?

59733 unknown - Columbus MARCS site
59864 Clinton County Health Department? - Clinton Co. site
59866 Fayette County Health Department? (RID 9320006) - Washington Court House site

59935 West Chester Hospital

Had ODH calling for quarterly radio checks on this today. Ready to add, but does anyone know the hospital number? HOS-09xx?

Also had radio checks on 59902 (unknown) and 59896 (with 3190062 RID from Hamilton County). I think both were probably hospitals.

63637 unknown - OSU

Metro High School testing their alarm system (no RID shows, audio sounds patched) and OSU Police responds (RID 2566063). They are located on the OSU campus but I don't know what the talkgroup would be named. I don't recall a similar one on the old OSU system.

One from this morning:

16921 unknown - Fairfield Co. FD?
- RID 2390909
- "10" reporting in quarters (at 0733L)

TG is pretty far out of the existing numbers for the county. I'm looking through archives to try and find a match, but haven't seen anything.

Odd catch this morning; CFD ISTRNG 1 (57031) was in use by CPD units for their own training. Didn't bother logging all the RIDs but they were working one of the CPD Radio units.

In the evening, heard a new CPD TG, 57244. RIDs were 2546395 through 2546405, all students doing training on how to run records checks.

From yesterday:

20197 Greene Co. School Emergency?
- RID 2991611/612/613 (schools), 2991446 (GCSO?)
- testing Greenview Elementary/Middle/High School emergency communications system

Only heard Greenview, so not sure if this is a countywide school emergency or specific to one school district.

61027 Franklin Co. School Emergency?
- RID 2556006, 2580897
- Dunloe Elementary School calling for radio check
