MARCS Multi Sites within a County????

How is the MARCS System setup within each county that has 2 or 3 sites in that same county? Are they all patched together so I can monitor the nearest control channel and hear everything that goes on in that county or do I need to monitor all the control channels in the county(up to 3 or 4 in some counties). If I have to put them all in whats the best way to setup my BC796 to monitor several counties(some having many sites within each)? If I put a control channel in each bank I'll quickly run out of banks. Doesn't look like it would work right with more than 1 CC in a bank.
