First off, I live in Ohio and monitor Guernsey and Noble counties with a home patrol scanner. My question is that I know that the rangers that work for the Muskingum Watershed Conservancy are talking on marcs. I have not been able to locate them in the Radio Reference list. They do show up as low band but they no longer use the low band. How can I get them loaded into the scanner?
