MARCS Radio ID's

I noticed something tonight, that might be coincidental. Do the majority of MARCS radio ID numbers start with the 2 digit county ID? I mostly monitor Montgomery County and am seeing 57 as the first 2 numbers in most all radio ID's. The only one that seems not to follow this pattern is the OSP.

Yes, that is the typical radio id numbering scheme they use.
