I got a PRO-96 and I heard Post 81, Van Wert on the Lucas County system. Who is all on the Lucas County System? And is it possible to have one CC to monitor the WHOLE MARCS System. Thanks

You can't monitor the entire MARCS system from one location. You will only hear the talkgroups that has been selected on the radios that are affiliated to the site you are listening to.

You need to program in the Control Channels only for the MARCS sites you want to listen to. With the Pro 96 you can program in more than one control channel in a bank but do not program them consecutively or else the scanner will not be able to distinguish each site.
