MARCS Tower Site?

Whould anyone happen to know where the Carey (Wyandot) and Mansfield (Richland) Towers are located? I'm finding it strange that I get the Mansfield tower like its next door but yet I can barely get the Carey tower when it is a whole lot closer.

The richalnd county one is SR13 2KM N Mansfield Ohio

The Wyandot county one is NE CORNER US 23 AND CR 97F
CAREY Ohio
