MARCS Zone 1, Site 64

I've been hearing a control channel for site 64 in zone 1 on 868.5000 for a few days now. The FCC database has that frequency licensed to the new Butler site, but that would be in zone 2. I wasn't getting the greatest reception, though, and sometimes it shows a different system ID.

Just checked again, it is actually in zone 2. Seems to be the Butler site.

Edit: Actually, that site number makes it Fremont.
