Maricopa County TRS TG finds

In logging the west side towers of the MC trunking system I have found a few unknown talkgroups. I added these to the Wiki but do not have enough for a database entry. Probable users are determined by the proximate TG series and some RID's in common.

1033 Probably MCSO
1037 Probably MCSO
1040 Probably MCSO
1043 Probably MCSO
1061 Probably MCSO
1408 Probably REACT
2004 Probably court related
2106 Probably Flood Control or EMA
3001 Some sort of truckers or transportation dudes (salty language)

I've caught 1408 myself a time or two. I'm thinking a tac channel for MCDOT REACT.

Flood Control is 1301 and I think I've caught 1302 as well once. They likely have more channels since they had at least half a dozen on the old system. So 2106 is probably EMA to go with the known 2101 and 2107.

The reason I thought it might be related to the Flood Control District is that the RID's matched radios affiliated with Flood Control. Could be EMA working with or monitoring Flood Control.
