Program your scanner with mera sytem and the enter the following id only

then scann it with the system in either close mode (96pro)or Id scan only (bcd396t) and hopfully you can figure out witch id Dispach only.

MERA is starting to dispatch everyone on the "FD DSP" talkgroup. You can listen to control D2 only, but you won't hear the first dispatch, you'll only hear them responding. Tough luck for everybody I'm afraid, including the firefighters (who have to listen to everyone in the county at the firehouse... but they have CAD).
