Marine channel 70 two tones

I am trying to understand the alerting on marine channel 70. I understand there are two tones used. They are For VHF the two tones used are 1300 and 2100 Hz . Can a two tone pager be set up to alert on these tones?

No. Two tone pagers can't receive marine radio DSC.

There is software avail to decode DSC:

DSCdecoder allows you to use your PC and soundcard to decode maritime mobile service
messages using the Digital Selective Calling (DSC) system and also DGPS and Navtex broadcasts.
