I have yet to pick up anything on these Marine Cruising Nets frequencies on the internet I did a search for. Can some one give me a list of updated frequencies that are in use and I might pick some transmissions on. Thanks for any frequencies or any information you can provide too me.

Yes I have that frequency and I found this web site
SSB Nets & Frequencies (docksideradio.com)
World MM Nets - a Cruising Guide on the World Cruising and Sailing Wiki (cruiserswiki.org)
ham radio nets for offshore cruising yachts and sail boats (fishingandboats.com)
Never hear anything so far, but I guess I have all the frequencies.
Thanks for the reply, I think I will site on 3968 KHz, 14320 KHz, and 14135 KHz and see what I can pick up.

Those are HAM frequencies and I've never heard any cruising nets. I've heard the cruising nets on the 8 meg Marine SSB channels -- usually in the early morning hours Pacific Time. They'll yak on there for an hour or so. Reception is hit or miss from my area in the Pacific NW. Also you need a decent antenna with a low noise floor. I think I remember catching them on 6 meg SSB as well at one point.
