Just a digital sound or a tone when sirens are activated or feed back from the siren mostly good for ham radio operators to listen to when they do a siren test on fridays for the county EMA to report if they work or not you can listen to these siren test nets on 146.700 every Friday from 10:45 Am to just after 11AM as well.
