Marion County Law Enforcement Unknown Callsign

For the third time in a month I caught the following callsign being called on IMPD TG's. MCC-1 I have no idea who this belongs to. Only guess would be Marion County Community Corrections, but they never use this type of callsign that I have ever heard?

No they flat out say Coroner XX. Same for Chaplin

With the political turmoil and threats, I'm not surprised you're hearing it in Indy, for at least testing the communications capabilities.

Heard them a LOT over last few days. And hear them each morning do a 10-41/42 with MCSO.
