Marion County Trunking

Is the Marion County Trunking System very active?

I want to listen to Salem PD, Salem FD, Marion County Sheriff, Marion County Fire, etc...

Any help would be great...

Sam, the Salem TRS is busy,users that use the system from City Salem and Keizer. Salem FD on there all time and Salem PD as patch to there uhf system on TRS but don't use the system full time yet?. Marion county Sheriff is on VHF freqs, and Salem PD still on there UHF freqs, and Marion Co. Fire depts use Vhf . All the info you need will be in the Database in Oregon and click on Marion County and all info you need will be there.

Thanks for the fast reply... I am a bit new to this "New Age" scanning. 15 years ago, they did not have all this trunking and digital systems, it was pretty plain, 154.???

Things have changed a bit... Thanks for the help, i think i have a new addicition.

No problem glad to help Salem area as some great scanning, With out side antenna you also be able to hear a lot more, such as Linn and Clackamas counties.
