Been noticing any time my local power companies radio keys in I get nothing, just static. Their radios are listed as DMR in the database, so I did the upgrade.
They have conventional with data and Operations listed both are programmed and TRBO also programmed to the scanner. Any help would be great.
Would like to be able to pick them up other then static.

It would definitely help if you posted the system so we can look at it for you, also what radio are you using. Others things to consider are is the transmissions data rather than voice, are they encrypted, are other people hearing traffic?

If you look at the database page for that system, all frequencies are marked as "Deprecated" which means they are no longer in use.

The database page also says that Maritime Electric was in the process of migrating to a DMR Capacity Max Trunked Radio System, you would need to program it in as such (not individual frequencies) along with the correct LCN's.

Hopefully @Deziel0495 will see it and might be able to add some insight.

Maritime Electric finished their migration to their DMR system just within the past few months. Not much is known about the new system other than they re-used the frequencies from their analog system. Still need a lot of help determining color codes, LCN's, etc. to properly track everything. The system has privacy enabled, so 99% sure all talkgroups will be encrypted.

System: Maritime Electric Trunking System, Provincewide, Prince Edward Island

Any idea what these are for? I'm thinking the smart meters.

I believe the 800 is SCADA and remote control for equipment in sub and switching stations.
I think meters are in the 900 MHz band.
