Affirm. They have their main dispatch frequency and talkaround in conventional analog , as the database states. All cars also have a palmetto radio, in addition to their 450 conventional. They refer to the tg you mentioned as 'palmetto sd 1', which is in analog.
The new talkgroup i submitted is called '800 sd 2' and is DIGITAL confirmed.
I thought this was starange as well, but it looks like they got sold a digital tg so moto could get them to buy p25 radios.
Both palmetto talkgroups are tac channels, and seem to be used when they are not in good range of their 450 repeater. All dispatch is still done on their old 450 conventional.
I have not logged any other additonal channels but my ears will stay peeled.
