Does anyone have the bandplan for this system?

You don't need a custom bandplan. It's a P25 system. Just enter the System Type and Site Type as P25 Standard. The bandplan is carried on the control channel. What scanner and programming software are you using?

This is directly from my pro96com logs (yes, I'm local). Not sure if that's what you're after. Tvengr's response is correct. Just select P25 standard and you'll be good to go.

It is a Standard Flavor P25 System.

Nothing special other than it is a large Simulcast System.
