You don't need a custom bandplan. It's a P25 system. Just enter the System Type and Site Type as P25 Standard. The bandplan is carried on the control channel. What scanner and programming software are you using?

So it’s a standard P25 bandplan? I need someone in the area to confirm it.

This is directly from my pro96com logs (yes, I'm local). Not sure if that's what you're after. Tvengr's response is correct. Just select P25 standard and you'll be good to go.
