"Industry One" is a talkgroup on the West Virginia State Interoperable Radio Network (SIRN) used for emergency and incident coordination with local industrial, manufacturing, and energy partners. [1]
If your radio client is a commercial broadcast station, an industrial facility, or a localized communication asset in Marshall County, WV, the Emergency Management Agency (EMA) is likely adding them to this talkgroup to streamline multi-agency coordination.

This client won't be able to participate directly on SIRN because they are using a Capacity Plus DMR trunk.
We should however be able to set them up with a SIRN base radio and use a vehicular repeater to link it to their trunk.
