Martinsburg is looking for a suicidal male that may have some bombs in his vehicle. The vehicle is a green Ford F-250 or F-350. He may also have numerous firearms also. They searched him house, I think his wife called the police. They sound like they are still going though his stuff.

BCSO is looking for him as well at a shooting range.

I heard on Martinsburg PD TG "OES1" talking to an officer. He was describing a substance. He said what it was but I forgot.
