Maryland Air Military Frequencies

I have never listened to military air frequencies before. I would to know what are good military air frequencies that i could hear in the baltimore area? Thanks.

I do not know for your specific area, but I found more than enough freqs here: MONIX Military Monitoring and you may want to check Combat Air Patrols Scanner Frequencies and Radio Frequency Reference and Andrews Air Force Base Scanner Frequencies and Radio Frequency Reference and finally Marine Corps Base Quantico Scanner Frequencies and Radio Frequency Reference

Not a problem. I am only on my third day of this Mil-Air stuff, and am in Ohio and I am hearing quite a bit of good stuff, so I could only imagine what you will hear down there.

Pasadena pay attention to the Sticky Thread for Milcom IV - there's LOTS of information to be had there, and there are a few active milair folks right next door to us. Pay attention to the stuff TinEar and MdMonitor1 reports....you will need a good outdoor antenna, however - a duckie is not going to cut it here. Your 164 will likely be a slightly better choice than your 94, which doesn't cover the 225-400 mhz area; however the 94 might be useful IF you can change the mode in the 138-144 mhz area (which many older radios receive as FM) to AM. 73 Mike
