Mike Agner posted a reference elsewhere regarding a planned bio-terror drill that might get displaced as a result of the Reagan funeral. Anyone (perhaps Mike will see this) know if/when it will be re-scheduled?

Thanks,

Dave

It was never postponed, It's going on as planned. I volunteered about 8 hours to help them out. I don't have any talkgroup info. I can't tell you much more then that. Just watch the news tonight (channels 11,13, or 45 all had coverage.

I see. I was out of the area for the last couple of days. Any interesting frequency or talk group finds?

I brought the scanner, but unfortunately I was to busy on the land-line to do any real scanning.

Gotcha. Do you know if they were planning to utilize the COG freqs or the National Mutual Aid 800 freqs? Sure would think that if they ever plan on using them, such a drill would be a perfect opportunity. Must admit, I have never heard use of those freqs, except for radio tests. My hunch is that most area 911 centers are either not equipped or have them, but are less-than-conscious of their existence.

Yes I know, and radio interoprability wasn't an aspect of the drill.

Nathan, did I see you? I was at the command center, er sim-cell, er whatever you want to call it.
