Roll calls will be on 8TACs, CMARC Event Channels and one of the FiRST MD Tacs, so pretty much the same ones listed in your 2015 post.

Having attended one of these several years ago, they tend to be a chance to show off your bus as well as an opportunity for vendors to sell more stuff ("they have"... so ... "we need", etc.).... the actual radio usage seems to be very limited and redundant.

Correct. It’s a sponsored event and center of the parking lot is all vendors. Some of the busses end up missing roll call since they are cutting up. The same local guys are there, some Feds including three letters, and the only ones that really drive a ways come to show off their new toys. If you’re into tactical comms, it’s worth the trip at least once.
