No Sir, I drove 731 miles Thursday and Friday, my coworker had to drive out Wednesday and Thursday and had about the same amount of mileage.

Were you one of the two guys in the picture of the Allegany OEM press release ?

Dispatcher308, I am an Allegany County resident. Thank you for your and your co-workers efforts. It was outstanding the small amount of time to get back in operation. Again thank you!

Then I hope you get comp time for the travel time :)

Do they have live spares at the sites, or at least spares nearby? I assume the MW gear belongs to MIEMSS.

8309 - MSP Trooper 5 RID logged on (Unitrunker). Probably an MD Aviation Tac. Maybe Allegany?
7623 - Radio Key Up. Maybe a Med Channel?

I have 7622 as 7R5Call, so I'm guessing 7623 is 7R5MED1. 8309 seems plausible as an Aviation Tac. Region 5 is the DC area though. The helos do move around to different bases, and last I heard is the medics use portables to communicate on FIRST, so RIDs may not be persistent.

I believe said portables are assigned to the section, not the individual trooper.
That would certainly make sense, rather than the medic having to use their assigned portable. Anyway, tracking per RID is not always a reliable way to positively ID units.

I wonder if the 700 MED channels are assigned depending on what region the aircraft is in?

7542 & 8371 appear to be DNR Parks related, Possible "South Parks" Talkgroups. AA Site.
I'm wondering what TG range DNR Forestry will be using - probably dual band radios for them, VHF for mutual aid fire fighting, and 7/800.

I have never heard them on their "own" talkgroup yet. I have previously heard them on QA Talkgroups during larger incidents last summer.

DNR has some odd talkgroup layouts. Could be 75xx, 83xx, or 142xx or some other layout!

FYI,
According to Cecil Site the Cecilton ASR is online,
Site 3.13 WRCK297
CC 771.65625
(y)
Makes sense. It should also be a peer to the Kent and QAC sites.

Have they changed the Cecil site zone number from 1 to 3?

Have they added the 2 additional system channels to the Cecil site yet?
