Two things I noticed about EMRC. Why is their no 7R2 Call and Med 1-6 and will their ever be a 7R5 Med1-6? Right now its just 7R5 Call.
I'm unconvinced that 7Rx-x tgs relate to specific Med channels, other than the Call tg. I think they may be consult tgs that can be dynamically assigned.

The Charles and St. Mary's simulcast sites are also down. Must be working on the backhaul - or maybe they don't want any subscribers deployed to DC affiliating with sites that aren't in a operational configuration?

Looks like 7295 is now encrypted or at least partially. It was listed as SHA Radio Shop Central. Seeing the talkgroup active in Garrett County. Not sure if it's related but there's more activity on 12651, just some key-ups and someone telling another person to settle down with a reply of "shut up." 12651 traffic is coming from radios in the 24396xx range.

Last time I had activity on 7295 was back in October. It was in the clear then.

It is user selected encryption. Sometimes users are in the clear and sometimes users have encryption enabled.

Yes, DNR is doing a special assignment of some sort with the Coast Guard and they referred to Tac 10 as Marine 1 for some reason ........
NCR has their Marine 1 and Marine 2 tgs on various systems; perhaps they are crosslinked.

I *think* I'm hearing Annapolis Police and MCP tied together as well.

Marine Tac 10 is being used for boat patrols on the Potomac and Anacostia rivers in support of Inauguration security. Heard a unit this morning checking in with "Tac-com" on Marine Tac 10, advising they were beginning their patrol, and will be using PG County "Mike 1" as their working channel. I'm assuming "Mike 1" is Marine 1, tg 9101 on the PG County 700 system. I've noticed that Marine 1 is also active on the DC 700/800 system as well. Not sure what system Marine 1 actually lives on, as most NCR jurisdictions have that channel designation. Maybe it uses several depending on what zone it is accessed from?

As for Marine Tac 10 being carried on the FIRST Anne Arundel simulcast, the field units must be accessing it using the PG system via ISSI - or possibly via the Wave app on their FirstNet smartphones.

Speaking of the Potomac River, would anyone happen to know what CG channel the Coast Guard will be using or uses for the Maryland area and it’s frequency ?

Thanks

This is from the latest edition of Capitol Hill Monitors:

141.5500 s [ $293] CG-106 (CGAS Washington 1)
150.3000 s [ $293] CG-107 (CGAS Washington 2)
165.3125 s [ $293] CG-121 (CG Sta. Washington)

Not sure what St. Indigos uses, or where the demarcation is.

The USCG will most likely be using one of the ones I listed below, but more likely will be encrypted.

CG111 162.325

CG112 163.050

CG 409 412.975

Sector Maryland NCR had radio guard with a few cutters the last few days on CG112 in the clear.

Well I was somewhat correct but far off... 12656 has a very high chance of being GR Roads Main, not GR PW Main. Heard some testing from Garrett Central and another radio. Basically "County Roads testing 1,2,3." I saw a county plow the other day that looked like it had an extra antenna on it. A total of 3 antennas now. There's been some chatter now, it sounds like the Garage Assistant Chiefs talking. Also went back in my archives to discover there's an Animal Control Tac 2. 12673.
