Maryland Port Adminstration system

It appears this system is no longer -- the license was just canceled. I believe they are on FiRST now. Anyone disagree?

I was never able to receive it prior to FiRST, so not sure if it was extremely local or not around for a while.

I have heard intermittent crane operator chatter etc on FiRST. I believe you are correct.

Yeah, they migrated MPA ops a while back. I hear a good chunk of them on the Baltimore zone, and generally tune out very fast.

I think its just the control channel, I normally dont listen to it, but I can check it.

Not a big deal - I just happened to notice the license expired/canceled but it's still listed on RRDB. I'm pretty sure they are on FiRST now but maybe due to some type of rules, some users are still on the old system - which would be interesting given the license was canceled.
