Mason County info

I will be vacationing in Ludington Mi and I am looking for unit ID numbers for the Mason SD, Ludington PD,
and fire units in the county. I have the freqs but need the unit numbers. Also Manistee and Oceana counties. Thanks for your help.

I was just up there the week leading up to the 4th

Ludington PD units are the 200 series units.
Mason County units will id as "Mason-xx" where xx is a number.
Scottville PD is similar to the county units, but will be "Scottville-xx"

As far as fire departments go, I only have a few, and can't remember the rest (I used to know them when I lived there as a high schooler...)

Station 20 - Ludington FD
Station 21 - Scottville FD
Station 22 - Hamlin FD
Station 29 - Pere Marquette Twp FD

Make sure you have the 152.0075 frequency in for fire paging. Everything else is on the MPSCS.

I have some additional information on the Mason County FD unit numbers:

Station 20 - Ludington FD
Station 21 - Scottville FD
Station 22 - Hamlin FD
Station 23 - Custer Twp FD
Station 25 - Branch Twp
Station 26 - Riverton Twp FD
Station 27 - Fountain FD
Station 28 - Free Soil Twp FD
Station 29 - Pere Marquette Twp FD
Station 37 - Grant Twp FD

Page out is on 152.0075. Pere Marquette FD does have a repeater on 155.1600 for dept communications.
Also, all talk groups listed are being used.

Manistee PD and FD unit numbering is in the database for that county, on the files tab.

Hamlin Twp also has a VHF repeater as well. I don't have the frequency handy at the moment, but I know it's in the database.
