Has anyone heard the low band at all on 47.28? I haven't heard them in a few months. Have they switched to the 800 system maybe?

Heard a truck on route 18 in the city talking to the Taunton Base Last week or so. But your right its been pretty quiet lately.
I have a Cable TV drop amp added to My Distribution amp on my scanners and its 54-1000 Mhz so Im shure its cutting off the 47.28 Signal.
ill have to run another scanner thats not not on my main system and listen for some Traffic during the daytime. I never hear DOT 5
At night on Low Band only The HOC up on Zone 3 .

Just put my Pro 2001 on one of my CB antenna's Im getting 33.78 Fire strong so ill keep an ear out on 47.28 too !

At 11:45 am this morning BASE 5 to 511 on 47.280 Mhz with some talk back and Fourth.
So id say Taunton Control and work trucks are still on the frequency !
