Mass Environmental Police

For the past month or so the Environmental Police have been Dispatching on TG 39120 MEP West Channel 4. Im listening from zone 3. 39152 which is Primary Dispatch Channel 1 East. I haven't heard anything at all from MEP Channel 1. All Dispatch has been on the West Talkgroup. I have also been getting Channel 2 and 3 as well.

I noticed the same thing. MEP1 and MEP4 have been patched. I only have MEP1 in a portable radio and I hear everything. On my scanner I have all 4 channels and the scanner picks MEP4 all of the time. If I lock it out, I hear the transmissions on MEP1.
