3 Priority 4. M48 transported 28/M to MST by ground; M40 transporting 30/M to LZ; M46 transporting 28/F to LZ (Annapolis Middle School.) A single suspect was taken into custody by Annapolis Police early in the incident. Trooper 1 and Eagle 2 are the transporting helos.

Finally, Eagle 2 did not communicate with ground support when landing at Annapolis Middle School, or with Fire Alarm at least by radio. Eagle 2 is the older USPP helo so it may not have the best communications equipment.

Comms with USPP has always been a disaster. I often hear them (not on this incident) pop up on random 3-4 digit analog talkgroups that are not in the database or in use by any county user. They usually will mark up saying they are on AA Alpha or other talkgroups and never get a response. Some of their aircraft don't have the proper AA talkgroups in their radio.

AFAIK, the USPP have 3 helos based at NSF Anacostia - or as they call it "Eagles Nest": 2 Bell 412s and a 206. Knowing that the USPP doesn't get all the funding they need, they probably haven't equipped with the radio equipment necessary for a regional asset.
