Do you think CNN was blacked out locally because they thought Rico might be watching? Surely they would have cut power to his apartment by then, right?

I didn't see any thing on CNN and it wasn't blacked out. CNN had some kind of show going and HNN had a fashion hour going or vice versa. No news on either channel at that time.
