maxrad and antenex

im looking at getting a maxrad maxscan1000 for the mobile and i might try out a antenex or maxrad 27-30mhz antenna also..im using a predator 10k but ppl talk too much id like to go a bit smaller


where can i buy these in canada
ive been looking around but cant seem to find anything

any help would be appreciated

Where abouts are you in Canada?. You can get the Larsen from Durham Radio (Whitby Ontario). Here is the link:

Edit: I believe they also have the Maxrad maxscan1000, just give them a call.

I have the maxscan and also a larsen 150/450 dual band the larsen works better for 150 and 450 than the maxrad but the maxrad works better than my rs mag mount scanner antenna or my rs glass mount scanner antenna so I have ordered a larsen 150/450/800 to run more test with.
