Say what? What about the rest of the Hillcrest agencies for which they share systems?

I only found this entry for MARCS:
19456 4c0 MVFD EMS Mayfield Village Fire Department (EMS Runs Only)

FPO703 - any more info?

It's Mayfield Village Only. None of the other agencies are going to MARCS. I'm still trying to figure out how they got permission to use MARCS for day to day ops when the people in Columbus has stated numerous times that agencies in 'Major Metro Areas' would be allowed to use MARCS for day to day ops due to channel loading, etc...

Unless Mayfield Village is planning on purchasing additional repeaters for the MARCS sites that would cover their area.....

I was talking to a dispatcher from M Village a few day's ago. She say's the sound on there 424mhz radio's are really bad.. That the FD chief really like's his MARC's HT and that he like's "New toy's". I dont understand why they dont show up on the Wickliffe/Lake County site more since that site is very close to the village.

They're primarily on the Chesterland site.

If the audio on the 424.350 repeaters sound crappy, then, fix it.

The dispatcher is correct, the Chief there does like new toys.

But is this going to be ALL of Mayfield Village (police/fire/maint/etc) moving to MARCS, or just fire/EMS, or...?
