They seem to have a central control point that is watching train movements carefully. Crews have to request permission to cross over the tracks, move equipment, and so on.
There are frequent references to "Foreman so and so" during that traffic. More so on the MIddleboro line which seems to be active already.
I'm quite happy that the route is not coming down through Easton and south, but that's a different story.

Ok - Great- I'm finding the conversations to be not using a Formatted Platform like the Old Colony Dispatch or MA Coastal's dispatch but
more General RR talk - Would explain that its RR Construction Workers.
