Many agencies are using DMR. Database seems to be current.

ya i knew that sorry should have put more info i was going to set up a SDR scanner to scan them just was seeing if i was going to waste my time and money on seting it up if they where encrypted

The sheriff & Purcell PD are on OKWIN. Newcastle, Blanchard and Washington PDs are Trbo/DMR.

Only thing I saw encrypted on OKWIN Site 8 (in which McClain County is in) so far is the D.E.A. and that tribal law enforcement agency I can't remember the name of.
