6) Can I bring my camera/video camera/cell phone/scanner?
Yes! There are no restrictions on electronics. However, large camera bags will be searched thoroughly. Bring only necessary camera equipment, leaving extra attachments at home. A small fanny pack or camera vest is useful for carrying extra film and small lenses, subject to approval by gate security personnel and a hand-search at the gate.

I've attended a number of airshows back home. Cameras are allowed and scanners are iffy. Basically the show is for 'we the poeple' so there are some liberties. I think it will depend on the security of the facility.

If you've neve attended an airshow prepared to be blown away by the power. Even if they are forced to do a low-ceiling show, the Thunderbirds are nothing short of awesome. You need to see the whole spectacle from the ground crew marching to the planes, so get close early.

According to Mcguire's web page scanners are permitted at the show.

On the McGuire/Dix TRS, TG 2960 (Air Ops), TG 2992 (Ground Ops). From the show 2 years ago: Air Boss: 120.0, VHF Secondary: 121.8, Discrete: 123.15, UHF: 255.6.
Don't forget the Thunderbirds channels. On the Burlington County TRS, TG 23344 NE R-3 for Fire, TG 23376 NE R-4 for EMS, TG 23408 NE Command, TG 23440 NE Coordinator.
