I'm trying to get a clearer picture of their frequencies and channel numbers. The info in the database is not complete and has a couple of minor discrepancies.
The police at BWI airport use channel 8 (453.9) and channel 9 which is 453.8. Then we come to the Baltimore Port and various bridges and tunnels.
Channel 1 is 453.1 and the controller there is McHenry. One guy from there announced he's going to channel 6 which turned out to be the 453.575 (PL167.9) frequency. Are the other versions of 453.575 with different PL tones different channels? How does the operator select which 453.575 he wants? Or does he not get to select any of them and just gets the one that's associated with his duties?
We've got PL167.9 which is Port of Baltimore and Key Bridge. This one we know is channel 6 to the guys that work McHenry 453.1
We've got PL127.3 which is Bay Bridge.
We've got PL173.8 which is Hatem Bridge.
I'm looking for the rest of the channel numbers and their associated freqs. There is also the question of whether the BWI channels 8 and 9 are in the same sequence with the guys at the bridges and ports.
