My area is still mostly analog and agencies around here still use MDC-1200. I am using WinMDCD, however it doesn't allow me to create a list of unit ID aliases. For a large area, the 4 digit ID isn't very useful. After searching here, it looks like an application called RadioLog did this, but it appears to be now defunct. My question, have any of you:
- Found a reliable alternative to WinMDCD?
- Programmed a creative work around?
- Used a Motorola radio in place of a scanner and somehow got it to log IDs?
