The other night while tied up in rt 3 120 traffic by the complex,close call 219.8800 fm no pl with traffic/security units dealing with the traffic mess after a racetrack & IZOd event
thought thier system was trunk? and not monitorable? why isnt it in RR data base? what are the other freq used there?

The frequencies themselves are monitorable, but there isn't a scanner on the market that can TRACK the trunk system.

I checked the below listed databases & nothing came up for 219.88 MHz. However the following frequencies came up for the New Jersey Sports & Exihibition Authority located at 50 State Route 120 In East Rutherford, New Jersey. These frequencies are also listed at the Expo Authority in Atlantic City & Pinnacle Wireless DBA in both cities. I only listed these frequencies as they are in close proximity to the one you close called, they have additional VHF & UHF frequencies though.

I don't know exactly what they use up there. I know there is a larger area then me at the off track betting complex the meadowlands has. Also the State police are in there as well. We have at the off track just basic motorola radius. like i said our area is a lot different then the complex with floors and just wide areas there bersus our single level facility and parking lot. I could have sworn they had similar radios there when i went for my uniforms.
