While I was browsing this forum, I was brought to a website selling stands for scanners. I am not about to pay 25 bucks for a piece of metal, so I thought that I could just bend some wire to make a suitable stand.

What is the length, width, and thickness of the Pro-97 scanner?

Also, can anyone tell me what, specifically, triple-trunking does? According to the RR page on my county, the system is EDACS standard, Analog.

I already bought the scanner, so, I hope it works (it's being shipped to me currently).

Page 83 of the manual:
"Dimensions (HWD) ........... 5 3/4 x 2 9/16 x 1 5/8 Inches (145 x 65 x 42 mm)"

Triple-trunking is Motorola (Type I and II), LTR, and EDACS.

Alright, good, so since the system is EDACS, it's also triple-trunked? That's simple enough, thanks.

Thanks for the measurements too.
