I'm listening to North or NW district on TG- 24115, I don't see this TG in the db.

Anyone know what it's primary function is?
Did they switch TG's recently?

And for that matter, what about TG 24083 ? Sounds like IMPD, but not in the db

That is not a North District Talkgroup. I pick that TG up all the time but never assigned an alpha tag to it. Now you have me wondering.......................... Could be a countywide or TAC talkgroup. There have been no TG changes on the old analog System 1 that I know of.

24115 would be a patch of north and northwest districts

Oh, well that actually makes a lot of sense.
Gotcha.... is there a list of patch TG's listed anywhere?
or is it specific more to how your scanner reads the patch and displays the TG?

On my pro-2066, every time there is a pursuit, within 30 seconds, i no longer hear the chase. I started searching and found that 100% of the time, the id had gone up 3 steps.
Ex: Charles sector, 24304, went to 24307. i just programmed them all in so that it would automtically pick up the patch.

I have never had to do that in a pursuit, I normally follow them either on the TG they start on or the ISP patch. ISP is pretty quick to set up a patch for chases, but I forget which TG they use, it may be J-MA-1
