looking for the frqs for the starflight air ambulance.ID is 10-051.
That's an ID on this system: Scanner Frequencies: Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA) Trunking System, Various, Texas not an actual frequency.

Looking at the tower site map (link at the the bottom of the LCRA page), I don't see one that appears to be within range of the Waco area under normal conditions. You would not be able to receive, & follow, that EDACS ID for Starflight unless you got enough signal for your scanner to trunk track on the system. Even if you were able to get a signal (again, doubtful, given the distance; the 900mhz frequencies are basically line of sight, as are 800mhz), there's no guarantee you'd hear them that often. It may be set up so that their ID is only broadcast, on a given tower, when they are in that area. You would not necessarily hear all traffic, regardless of location, for that ID.

STARFlight (Shock-Trauma Air Rescue) is in entity within Austin/Travis County EMS, Special Operations Command. I rarely get this talkgroup on the LCRA system (in fact I think I have only seen it once). They rarely have a need to leave A/TC so strictly use the MRG TRS but upon looking there I don't even see a TGRP for them under A/TCEMS...

I had one of their AM air freqs (see license KHH3 here). But I never got any hits on this so I removed it from the list about 6 months ago (I'll qualify that last staement as well- I'm not in Austin enough to know if it is used often, so I removed it).

Check the second link I posted above. Under "Austin" it is the 3rd license, the conventional frequency is listed there- though as I mentioned above, you probably won't hear these guys leaving the Austin area too much.
