sounds like a search and discover effort. a few months ago i stopped at an out the way hospital of that size and asked the security (retiree) guard what radios they used, and the guard showed me three radios, two that looked like cell phones and one that was larger that i had never seen or heard of before but that the guard indicated was broadcast from there. needless to say i don't know much about modern radios.
after a very serios search i found these 463.050 463.6 464.925 thius will get you started but note i live in port richey and use a # of out door antennas. to pull in all my systems you might not have much luck with a rubber duckey type. also go to the fcc data base search for comm hosp it might not list it as trinity yet put in all the freq an then just listen thats hou i found dont forget to put in bayflitr freq i think they are still based out out of trinity. 461.95 please excuse my spelling as i am having a hard time seeing the keys this evening
