Medical Choppers and errata

Are they still using PComm or are they on Fleetnet? I can't seem to find them in the database.

Also, on an unrelated note I seem to be getting a lot of half conversations. I'll hear CACC call a unit then I miss the rest of the conversation but the acknowledgement and things like this. I'm on the Chatham tower. I have all of the frequencies programmed in. Is it possible there are some frequencies missing from the database?

I hear them on both 150. 1 & on 413.6875.

Last week 799 was dispatched to St Catharines from Toronto. I was able to hear both 799 and Hamilton CACC on 150.1.

It seems that when they are setting up I hear 'em on 413.6875 & when they are in contact with cacc's they go to 150.1.

They may be quiet lately cause of the snow we have had recently

Would anyone know if Medcom uses Fleetnet CACC's t/g in London, Wallaceburg and Windsor? Or do they use p-comm? I dont remember many calls for Georgian (also on Fleetnet) here in Toronto.

The choppers will probably always use 150.100 to communicate with the land ambulances and CACC's. Choppers and trunk systems generally do not work well together.

You will only hear 413.6875 where Medcom has dispatch operations. Toronto is one of those areas. If you want to hear the chopper communicating with Medcom and you're too far away from 413.6875, listen to 418.6875.
