Medical Choppers

I noticed there is not a listening in the database for any Medical Choppers for the state of Louisiana. I do not have a list of my own to submit. But gang let's see if we can get a list started at least out of the New Orleans, La. Area/

What do you think ?

Air Medical

There is really only one major ambulance provider in the State of Louisiana, as far as I know, Acadian Ambulance Service. There are other providers in the state, but I am not sure they have air medical service. The Air-Med choppers use the same VHF channels as the ground units, and also use the 800 and 700 talkgroups assigned to them.

I hear alot of traffic on this ch, for the airmed when flying around
