Megahertz Tier 3 Talkgroups

I'm not the rocket scientist of the DMR world so can someone tell me if DMR Tier 3 (Megahertz) assigns users two TGID's, one for Transmit the other for receive like Taxi's used to be?

I'm getting this on TGID 230009 and 2300029. It's someone in Construction One user will use the 09 then his buddy will respond on the 29 (ending numbers). I also see this on Talk groups 5002002 and 5002003.

Or is my TRX-2 just not capable of tracking the system properly ...

Sounds like it's actually a private call and not a group call. All 4 of those would be Radio ID's not TG ID's.
