Meigs county sheriff, fire and ems

Hello,
I live in Meigs county.
A friend of mine bought a BCD996P2 scanner to listen to Meigs County Sheriff, Fire and EMS channels.
He had it programmed from the supplier with the channels for this area.
But he is unable to receive anything but Tennessee Highway patrol TACN.
Do you know what frequencies and system info is needed to scan this county.

The TG are listed as clear p25. First thing to check is the Sites. They may have just programmed the primary frequency and not the secondary and they may have switched to a secondary frequency. Just noted this on the Sumner Co TRS and the current control frequency is not listed as a secondary (or primary).
So scan the site frequencies and see what you find. Hopefully one will pull up as a control freq.

Is Meigs County Sheriff on TACN or Dalton NXDN trunking?

I didn't hear them on TACN. I think they are on the Dalton NXDN trunking.
