Stephanie, it is important to understand that audio feeds are provided by volunteers, so the availability of all the feeds on the site is up to the remote broadcaster.
We do see that the feed has been offline since this morning. Can you advise if the archives that you wanted to access are confirmed to not contain any audio? We see that archives are available for the past 30 days.
We do not normally give refunds to premium subscriptions, and that is clearly outlined, however if you will email me directly at
lindsay@radioreference.com with more details I'll see what I can do to work with you.
