I paid for premium content in order to access the Livermore Police Department activity archives. There is no audio and the channel is OFFLINE. How do I go about getting a refund?

Stephanie, it is important to understand that audio feeds are provided by volunteers, so the availability of all the feeds on the site is up to the remote broadcaster.

We do see that the feed has been offline since this morning. Can you advise if the archives that you wanted to access are confirmed to not contain any audio? We see that archives are available for the past 30 days.

We do not normally give refunds to premium subscriptions, and that is clearly outlined, however if you will email me directly at lindsay@radioreference.com with more details I'll see what I can do to work with you.

In the mean time, please note that as per policy we do not offer refunds for premium subscriptions

I wanted to listen to the audio from 7/9/12 between 4am and 6am. I have confirmed that there is no audio.

I don't have a proverbial "dog in this fight" but I am able to hear occasional traffic on the Livermore feed archive on 7/9/12 for the segments between 03:55 and 05:54. I'm not a regular listener to Livermore, but the channel is pretty quiet, even for those hours. Whether that's atypical, or if Livermore has a more "primary" channel, or if it was just a dead night I have no idea, but there is occasional traffic in the files (all formats) throughout the time period in question.
