membership upgrade

Hi i payed to upgrade a membership last wed to premium said i would receive a email never did what should i do they took the money from my account but i still have no access to premium services.

Unless I am mistaken, Mr. Blanton handles those himself. Another thread indicated that he is (or was recently) on vacation.

So, if you subscribed directly with RadioReference, then it might be a several more days before it gets handled.

If you purchased the membership via Scanner Master, then be sure to check your email's spam folder for the email message that contains the "keys".
