Memphis and Madison County

Is there anyone in Memphis able to monitor the Jackson / Madison Public Safety System? It is Motorola Type II TRS. I know what the answer probably is, but just wondering if an outside high antenna could pull in this system from Eastern Shelby County and if anyone is able to accomplish this?

Its Motorola type II and I hear it no more than 30 miles with a good mobile antenna Trenton, Tn area when I travel to the Jackson area.

I can hear it when I am in Brownsville. It is scratchy up there. I have not been able to receive it very far west of Brownsville.

There is a live audio link on Radio Reference for Jackson PD/FD under Madison county. It has the PD and FD dispatch talkgroups.
