Pleae help,I live in Memphis Tennessse,and I cant here the MPD.Guy at Radio Shack told me the MPD was converting to Apco 25.Anybody know for sure?

Memphis is converting. There will be encryption on SOME TG's. Shelby County will also be on this system abandoning the EDACS one.
